Insulation Piercing Connector

Description

The insulation piercing clamp is suitable for the connection of the branch line from the main line in the high and low voltage insulated circuit or the connection of the jumper between two tensile sections.

Overview
▪ Piercing structure, simple installation, no need to strip insulated wires;
▪ Torque nut, constant puncture pressure, to ensure a good electrical connection without damaging the wire;
▪ Self-sealing structure, moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, prolong the service life of insulated wires and clamps;
▪ Use special contact blades, suitable for copper (aluminum) jointing and copper-aluminum transition;
▪ Small electrical contact resistance, and it’s less than 2.5 times the resistance of the equal-length branch wire, which meets the DL/T765.1-2001 standard;
▪ Special insulating shell, resistant to sunlight and environmental aging, dielectric strength> 12kV;
▪ Curved surface design, suitable for the same (different) diameter wire connection, wide connection range (0.75mm2-400mm2).

Attention
1. The wire using the piercing clamp must comply with the national standard (not applicable to flame-retardant insulated cables);
2. The wire at the installation site cannot be bent;
3. The installer of the piercing clamp must be proficient in the installation technology;
4. When working with electricity, please wear insulating gloves and use an insulating sleeve wrench;
5. The puncture clamp is a disposable product, please do not reuse it after disassembly.
